There are so many large and small decisions involved in planning the wedding of your dreams – the best one we made was hiring Jennifer at Gemini Weddings to partner with us.

The best advice she gave us was at our first meeting when she said you want a great team of people helping and supporting you the day of your wedding because those are the people you are with all day. This could not have been more true. We trusted Jeni to help pick all of our vendors - venue, band, photographer, videographer, hair and makeup and flowers. I was emotional for days after the wedding because the entire team of vendors were so incredibly talented, supportive and knowledgeable. We organized 3 days of events for our guests at our destination wedding in Colorado and everything ran seamlessly with everyone knowing exactly where they needed to be and when.

Jeni was also great at understanding our budget and helping us choose the elements that were most important to focus on. Whether it was deciding between a ballroom or a tent for the reception or between heirloom gold plated chargers or a standard charger, you could count on her advice to be exceptional and with poise while also understanding the latest trends.

If you are reading this review then go no further - you’ve found the best! The hardest part of hiring Jeni is that you will miss her regular zoom calls and organizational skills after the event. She was a great partner and has become a great friend as well. I only wish I had more daughters!

Meridith and Gemini Wedding Planning was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Her knowledge of Vail geography, vendors, contracts, and venue specific rules led to a huge success during the planning period and day of. Our wedding was an absolute dream come true, and we owe it to Jennifer. From the very start, she took what could have been an overwhelming process and turned it into a seamless, enjoyable experience. We knew we wanted to get married in Vail Valley, but were totally lost on where to begin from finding a venue to a band and everything in between! We decided on having our wedding at a remote, private ranch, which made planning and executing very complex. Where can I even begin.!!! Jennifer and Gemini Event Planning and Design was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding extravaganza in Aspen this past October! Jennifer was the amazing businesswoman and advocate to have by our sides as we navigated unchartered waters of planning the most special event of our life and in a place so special to us.

In the early stages, while meeting over zoom calls and not even in person yet, she could tell when I felt uncomfortable and overwhelmed and stepped in with advice and reminders that we get to make the decisions, she advocated for me and my design ideas with all the vendors, she navigated a rehearsal with a wedding party of 40 people flawlessly (the best I've ever experienced having been in a handful of weddings), and supported us with our additional activities like setting up our Rehearsal and working with a tricky venue.

Not only were Jennifer & Megan wonderful to work with, Jennifer has the absolute best selection of options for vendors like photographers, videographers, hair, make-up, bands, djs, cakes, you name it!

She worked wonderfully with my family, giving the best advice and being there when they needed her and she was there for me in my moment of crisis with safety pins and when I stepped through a piece of lace in my dress, keeping what could have been a big problem incredibly small.

I cannot recommend Gemini Event Planning and Jennifer enough. 10/10 would use Jennifer and her team again!
