We took the Muddy Pass tour on 8/5/24. It was a fabulous 4-hour trip through the back country around Vail. We enjoyed beautiful views of the Gore and Sawatch Mountain Ranges. Our guide Patrick was very knowledgeable about local plants and animals and shared local history. He had a keen eye for spotting wildlife and knew all the best places to stop along the way. Well worth the trip.

We visited the Camp Hale area and enjoyed the great scenery. Top elevation about 11,500 ft. No technical rock climbs just a fun ride. Blake was our guide and he added a lot of interesting information and made sure to point out areas of interest.

We really enjoyed our Red & White trail ride with Blake! He was prompt, professional, friendly, and very knowledgable about the local animals, fauna, and legends about what we saw on the trail. The trail was just bouncy enough to be a lot of fun! Water and snacks were offered multiple times throughout the trail. We got a lot of great photos and saw several animals including an elk. Take a hat, wear layers and sunscreen! Request the open-air jeep for the best experience!

Wow what a trip. We've done many off road trips before and decided this time to go with something more boutique than a line of vehicles where we just stared at the back of the jeep in front of us and we are glad we did.

Our guide Dan was fantastic and full of local knowledge about both the history of the area and the plants and animals we encountered on the trail. We lucked out with perfect weather and amazing views and it felt as if no one else was on the trail.

Oh and we saw a baby ? moose.
