We had the pleasure of hiring Josh for a special gathering of 14 women. Josh spent considerable time with us in the planning phase; he accounted for individual preferences as well as other meals we had planned for the vacation. The menu he ultimately served showcased seasonal flavors and used fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. Each dish was presented as if in a 5-star restaurant. I can't recommend Josh highly enough. The group was not only delighted by the exceptional food but also by the impeccable service and the personal touch that he brought to the event!

This is a no-brainer. Book him! Throw your diet, budget and any hesitation to the wind.
Chef Josh is punctual, professional, personable and insanely creative. His plates are the perfect balance of familiar comforts and elevated twists, and after each course, you’ll be left asking, “How’d he do that?”
From Bloody Mary-nated shrimp to hand-picked porcini mushrooms to homemade Basque Cheesecake ice cream, you cannot go wrong. My advice to you: Do a chef’s choice menu, fast on the day of your dinner…and wear elastic pants. Prepare to leave no bite behind!

I was lucky enough to experience the most amazing private chef’s dinner prepared by Josh and his wife this week. Everything was extraordinary. Each dish was quite unique and prepared with so much creativity. And the taste was out of this world! I’d highly recommend Josh and his team for any foodies out there who want a truly unique and delicious private chef experience

We had Chef Josh prepare dinner for 10 people, and let him chose what to serve! Not only was he very personable, but the meal was delicious! At the end of the evening, all was cleaned up as well. I would definitely recommend him!
