Brian might have been the best part of our last vacation! We stayed at a lodge in winter park for a week and Brian’s meals were amazing. He did 4 dinners and breakfasts for us and even with our picky eaters we devoured it all. He went through menus with me before we arrived and was so easygoing. I’m all about ease and he could not have made it easier. I can’t begin to pick my favorite meal. He made me my favorites! One night he did mushroom risotto with chicken, which happened to be the best I have ever had. We had a taco night with pulled pork and shrimp, a steak night and chili night. His salads with each meal were a spotlight and he surprised us with dessert every night. He even made breakfast burritos at the last minute when he found out how early we were leaving for the airport. We just threw them in the microwave and had them on our drive. He was also enjoyable, easy to talk to and cleaned up like a boss! He is so amazing we checked his schedule before we left to make sure he would be available next year. We already have him booked for our trip in January of 2025. He’s the best of the best!

Chef Brian is one of the easiest chefs to work with. He takes pride in his creations and willingly asks for feedback on his meals. Our family could not eat healthy without his help. Brian is outstanding. He was so easy to work with leading up to the dinner (communicative, passionate, responsive). He sent gorgeous photos of his menu ideas and the dinner was even better than it looked. He is a true artist and takes great pride in his craft which translates to his food. Also, my kids LOVED their dinner (which Brian offered to do earlier and with an age-considered menu). A chef night with Brian will now be an annual tradition!

Brian had excellent communication before and during the event. We scheduled our trip in Beaver Creek last minute, and he provided an EXCELLENT coursed meal with little notice. We even had him make dinner for our kiddos so we didn’t have to do any of the cooking (or cleaning!)! Wish he could make dinner for us every night. Would recommend and will use again next time we’re in town. Thank you, Brian for your wonderful service and delicious meal.

We hired Brian to cook dinner during our ski vacation so we could relax without the stress of cooking, and boy did it surpass expectations! Every course was delicious. Brian was professional and courteous. I can’t stop thinking about the chocolate cake he made for dessert. We will definitely have him back if we are ever vacationing in the area again. What a treat for all of us.
