We did a girls trip for Breckenridge for my sister’s bachelorette party. We ended up booking with Colorado Rafting Adventures for an half day trip and it was the highlight of our weekend. They are a small company which is what drew us to booking with them over other commercial companies in the area. Evan our guide was so awesome. He made jokes, filled us in on the area and made us feel so safe the whole time. All the staff was wonderful, super kind, funny, and welcoming.

Overall we spent 2 hours on the river and we had a blast. Wetsuits, booties, helmets, and life jackets were included. We stopped along the way down the river to go cliff jumping as well which was so fun!!

I would definitely book with this company again in the future. 10/10 experience from all aspects.

We had absolutely the best experience doing a half day rafting trip with our guide, Evan. He made things so fun, and was very thorough going through all safety precautions to put us at ease. The rest of the staff was super friendly. Best of all, booking was really easy and we were able to get a reservation the day before we wanted to go, super convenient. Will definitely be returning next year for another adventure!

Colorado Rafting Adventures is a great rafting company located on the extremely popular Arkansas River near Buena Vista Colorado. They are a slightly smaller company than some of the others, but that was a great benefit to us as it made our bus ride out and overall trip much more enjoyable. Our introductory instructor was Evan who is guiding this river for his second year (I believe) and he was funny while teaching us what to do in situations we may run into on the river. Our actual guide was Brett (Evan was in the other raft) who has been running the river for 4 years. He did an awesome job telling us about the area, the river, and rafting. He also took the time to get to know our family (2 adults and 3 kids) and was full of jokes.

This was our 2nd rafting trip as a family (different locations) and my 3rd. Brett knows his river and craft better than any guide I have had or any of the other guides we saw while on this trip. He kept everything fun for us hitting much bigger waves and drops than many of the other guides in the companies ahead of us. He also made the time when we weren't in rapids very easy as he kept the boat in the main flow or out of the flow as needed to keep proper spacing away from other groups. We kept watching other groups having to paddle and work to get in the right spots or bouncing from rock to rock in sections of the river, but not our boat. The entire experience was great and we highly recommend Colorado Rafting Adventures and specifically Brett if you can request him!

It was amazing! We had a blast. It was a great birthday present for sure. Sam Goodwin was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He told us what and where everything else. We were his last ride of the season. We are thankful that he took us on after he had already done a trip before he did ours. Thank you for such a great adventure. We will definitely be back!

INCREDIBLE full day Brown’s Canyon trip on the beautiful Arkansas River with our amazing guide, Jason! This was the best rafting trips our little family of three has ever been on. From the booking, to the call to cover any last minute questions the day before, to the check in with Mark, all of the processes were seamless. Safety and fun are these guys top priorities and we were so thankful for it. My husband took a plunge out of the boat through one of the II’s and within seconds Jason had him scooped back in to the boat in one fell swoop, it was really impressive! The fajita lunch at one of the jump spots on the river was great! We loved every minute with Jason, Alex and Troy. The water’s still flowing, don’t let the season end without booking a trip with Colorado Rafting Adventures?

Went rafting with our two sons (10 & 12) and it was epic! The guides were knowledgeable, skilled, and hilarious! I wouldn’t book a trip with anyone else! The absolute best in the valley!

From the second I clicked on confirm reservation, our experience was reassuring and wonderful! I immediately started getting confirmation emails and reminders leading up to the trip. Marc is amazing at keeping you informed of ALL details and makes sure ALL your questions get answered in a timely manner, whether by phone or email. When we got to the CRA office, the whole staff was nice and helpful. Tom was our guide and he maneuvered us through the rapids with such confidence, that it made us feel comfortable and capable. On the van ride back to the office after our trip, Tom had so many nuggets of information about the mountains and history of the area, it was amazing (he's not just a pretty face)! He had great suggestions for food, drinks, and sweets after as well. These guys do an amazing job of making the experience FUN and MEMORABLE! Tip them well!

Our half day trip was amazing! The river was busy with lots of large groups but we were the only boat with Colorado Rafting Adventures so were able to navigate out of the cluster and have an awesome experience. Alex was fantastic, we had a 7 year old with us and he navigated the rapids safely but also made it fun for our teenagers! Can’t say enough about this crew!
