I definitely recommend Lyndia for anyone wanting a customized travel experience. I used to travel by myself or with tour groups and having Lyndia as my travel agent was better than all my other travel experiences because I got to see everything I wanted to see without wasting any time. I told Lyndia the countries I wanted to visit and the activities I wanted to do and she did it all! It was cost effective and I felt safe traveling and every time I called and emailed with questions she answered right away and was very accommodating. I will be booking again with Lyndia!

Best travel agency I've come across in 20 years of flights everywhere. Lyndia spent a lot of time and effort working with me to get from Los Angeles to Bali, Indonesia. The whole process took about a day due to various restriction in place around the world. Lyndia provided an up to date itinerary with short layovers. Included hotel, insurance and transport in a very reasonable package deal. Got a great airline, hotel, insurance, transport all with one call. Awesome job Lyndia.

I would highly recommend Booked and Busy Travel. Last March we had a family vacation to the Philippines. We booked a hotel in Coron, Palawan through Hotels.com. Due to a lockdown of businesses caused by Covid19, the hotel was closed, our reservation was cancelled and we needed to be back in the US within 72 hours. Once back in the US, we tried to contact Hotels.com to get a refund. It was a mess, we couldn’t get through. We contacted our credit card company, they put in a dispute but nothing to this day. I finally asked my son who had mentioned Lyndia and Booked and Busy Travel. Lyndia contacted me August 3, I gave her all the information. She contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com. Within 2 weeks we finally received our refund back. She went out of her way to help us out even though we did not book our vacation package with her. I will definitely without a doubt use and recommend Book and Busy Travel to my family and friends. Lyndia you are the BEST!!
