I'm so glad we did this as one of the first things we did after arriving in New Orleans!! Susan was an amazing guide, super informative while being very fun. Never felt talked at or bored! We got to try lots of delicious foods and it definitely helped us decide where to go to eat later in our trip (there are SO MANY restaurants, and they all sound so good, it can be overwhelming to decide!!). Plus you get to walk around and see all the beautiful scenery of the French Quarter.

Can't recommend this experience enough, it's totally worth it!

LOVED this food tour! Our guide LAUREN was the best! He was so full of energy, happiness and knew so much about food history and New Orleans history. Food was amazing ( Po’ boy, Gumbo, Calas, gator/ pork sausages, pralines). Several water breaks and restroom breaks. We did order some alcoholic drinks along the way, so that’s an option as well. Would do it again hands down! Absolutely recommend Lauren, he was integral in how lovely the tour was ?

We loved the food tour in the French Quarter with destination kitchen. Susan was an amazing tour guide. She taught us so much about the food of New Orleans the history of New Orleans and she was funny, knowledgeable and very attentive to any needs or questions that any of us had plus she gave us great recommendations for anniversary celebration restaurants. We ate at Muriel’s and it was delicious. The service was fantastic too. Do yourself a flavor and take the tour…with Susan if you can…it will be yummy fun!!!

I recently took the New Orleans Walking Food Tour, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our tour guide, Nate, was excellent—his passion for the city’s history and food was evident in every story he shared. He had clearly done a lot of research, making the historical facts he presented both interesting and engaging.

As for the food, each stop offered a delicious taste of New Orleans, and I truly felt like I experienced the city’s culture in every bite. The gumbo and chargrilled oysters were standout dishes, but everything was absolutely delicious. Nate’s word of the day was ‘Try,’ and I’m so glad I followed his advice to sample everything. It was a fantastic way to explore New Orleans’ food scene, and I highly recommend this tour!

Our first time in New Orleans and we had the BEST time with Susan. She was very knowledgeable about history of dishes and places, and we very happy with our experience. The perfect sized tastings of all the dishes we knew we wanted to try during our trip. The beignets were out of this world. PoBoys Gumbo and Gator Dogs were all really good! Would recommend this experience to everyone looking to try local dishes at local places and have an amazing time!

This was such an amazing experience with Susan.
