Rachelle is somebody whose passion for travel, adventure and fabulous parties comes though in every area of her work. She has the innate gift of understanding a vision for an event and literally taking over every detail of it from an initial conversation. She misses nothing and thinks of everything! I have found her to be invaluable in her understanding of the world of events, how to make them spectacular, and how to navigate the details that can become messy for a novice- like vendors, reservations, tips, paperwork, etc. I can't recommend her services more highly!

Rachelle Doreen events and exploration planned an absolutely amazing international getaway for a group of 16 to Tulum, Mexico. Mexico can be an intimidating place where you are worried about getting scammed and over paying. It was so amazing to arrive to another country and have absolutely everything organized for you with all the pricing worked out. The shuttles, hotel, restaurants and other services/needs were all thoughtfully planned and everything went perfectly. Will definitely use Rachelle Doreen again for a no stress event!

Rachelle helped me coordinate my 40th birthday in Tulum, Mexico . She was fantastic . We had a group of 18 and she had everything organized and made the trip so easy for us . She helped with flights, room bookings, shuttle service , reservations and much more . The trip was so incredibly relaxing and we didn’t have to worry about a thing she took care of everything and is such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using her in the future and would highly recommend her
