We got married in October in the OC, and hiring the Joyfully team to help us plan our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We went with the full-service package as my partner and I both work pretty demanding jobs. In hindsight, we are so glad we opted for the full-service package because doing so saved us so much time and stress. There is still so much you have to do and deal with during wedding planning so it was great to know that we had a team behind us taking care of things and keeping us on track. Blaire was our main planner, and we also worked with Hannah and Sharon along the way. All 3 ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with!

With the full-service package, the team connected us with the most amazing vendors at varying price levels, which we appreciated. This saved us SO much time of having to do our own research. We also really appreciated the honest advice they gave us in terms of where to spend vs. where to save. This is the kind of insight that we would've never had on our own and was so valuable to receive from an experienced wedding planner. There were also a few times where Blaire stepped in and advocated on our behalf with some of our vendors which resulted in less stress for us and more money saved. They also worked with us to execute the vision we had in terms of design and aesthetics. Even though we had a few changes of heart with some design elements along the way, the team didn't flinch and gladly adjusted things for us. Joyfully also offers their own rental items (discount included with the full-service package), and renting most of our decor items through them also saved us a lot of time and money (can you sense a theme here?!).

Fast forward to our wedding day, everything looked so beautiful and the evening went so smoothly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives! We had always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day, but for us, none of that happened & if it did, we didn't even know because Blaire and her team took care of it for us. We got so many genuine compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding and a lot of that was because of the thoughtful planning efforts of Joyfully Co.! We are truly so grateful for the Joyfully Co. team and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding planner!

Choosing Joyfully Co. for our wedding planning services was the BEST decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning. Blaire was a phenomenal wedding planner in that she was incredibly flexible, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I changed our minds about a hundred times on hotel venue vs small elopement and even went back and forth between several venues. Blaire was never impatient with us and truly wanted us to have the best day.

The wedding day itself was perfect. I could not have hoped for a more organized, effortless, and stress-free experience. Throughout the day, Blaire and Sharon checked up on all of our guests and made sure their needs were met. They checked on us and asked if we needed anything, they handled all minor issues flawlessly and kept us informed so we felt none of the stress.

Hannah Lee from Joyfully Co was our wedding coordinator, and we are so thankful! She is so easy going, charming, warm, and thoughtful. Through the wedding planning process, she was supportive and thorough in making sure we were well prepared for our big day. She would share her tips/tricks from her experience, which were very helpful. She was the main point of contact with all of our vendors, which was in retrospect, something we are so thankful about given how stressful the wedding process is. Most brides say something is bound to go wrong on the wedding day, but she was quick on her feet, which made me feel so at ease, and her fun personality smoothed over all of it, and we really have nothing but good memories about the wedding day. She made sure we were well fed while keeping the program moving along, which allowed us to just let loose and really enjoy our wedding day. The Joyfully Co team is a seemingly tight knit family that works like a well-oiled machine. Set up and clean up were extremely efficient. Each of our pillar candles were individually boxed, and they returned everything to me exactly as it was given to them. Also, Hannah and Blaire speak Korean, which helped some of my family members who only speak Korean. Joyfully Co also does rentals and offer a discount if you also using their wedding coordinating services. I rented the arched board for the seating chart. I'm so thankful I chose Joyfully Co as our wedding vendor!

The Joyfully Co team made wedding planning a breeze! I knew I needed a full package planner because the idea of planning a wedding was extremely daunting. Joyfully helped me build the dream team of vendors to create my fairytale wedding day. My loved ones all said they had never seen such a stress free bride. Joyfully was very responsive when I had questions throughout the process. They provided budgeting tools to help us stay on track. They provided wedding design services in the easiest way. On the day of the wedding, Blaire had every detail mastered so that I did not have to worry about a single thing. So many guests told us that we had the smoothest, most well planned wedding they had ever attended. Joyfully made the clean up process after the wedding so easy. I recommend them to all future brides! I will definitely work with them to plan future events.

My husband and I cannot express enough how much we loved working with Joyfully Co. and especially with our wedding coordinator, Sharon! The process to book them was simple and straightforward, with reasonable prices. We hired them for month of coordination and we were so glad we had Sharon to help us with the final details of our wedding. She made the process fun, easy, and stress-free. On the day of, she took care of EVERYTHING to the point where my husband and I actually felt the most relaxed on the DAY OF the wedding. She handled any decision making on the day of without bothering us, which allowed us to fully enjoy our day. Our wedding party loved them as well. The entire Joyfullyco team was an absolute delight to work with. We booked their month-of coordination services, and it helped so much with the stress of the final details. Sharon, our senior planner, was a godsend during the entire process. From curating our timeline, guiding us through our rehearsal, and managing all affairs the day-of, she was such a tremendous help. Without her, we would not have had an enjoyable wedding! On the day of our wedding, Sharon, Blaire, and Hannah were on top of it all, making sure we were staying on schedule and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. Our florals were also taken care of by the Joyfullyco team and they turned out even better than what I had envisioned. If anyone is on the fence about having a dedicated event coordinator for their wedding, I would say it is 100000% worth it! I felt that I was truly able to enjoy my wedding day because we had so many helping hands in the background taking care of all the details. Special shoutout as well to Hannah, who helped us out in the beginning with florals and initial contracts, and Blaire for handling our initial consultation and also day-of activities.
