Let’s start from customer service. As they are a family owned business both husband and wife are so polite and talented at the same time. They will also give you hints of your dreamed event decoration. Price wise they understand and give you the best quote possible depending on your budget. No nagging or complain. It was my third time that I asked them for decoration and still waiting for another occasion to ask them for another decoration. Every time is completely different from others.
