We are lucky to have found SPN through acquaintance as we were desperate to find some resources to help us taking care our newborn. As first time parents, we are very careful with every decisions we make and we were uncertain if we were ever able to find trustworthy and experienced nannies.

Seven years after being placed by SPN, I'd like to write another review because I am still so impressed with the team there. Maggie just spent 30 minutes on the phone with me answering questions and letting me pick her brain (it's a very good brain!). Our family has worked exclusively with Stanford Park Nannies for 18 years, since our first child was 3 months old! As first-time parents, we really depended on Daryl's team's support--helping us identify what was important to us, sending us only well-qualified nannies matched to our requirements and personality. The entire team is very professional and also extremely friendly and pleasant.

Originally, we started with three agencies, and found that the other two just tossed us reams of resumes, leaving us (busy with our six-week old infant) to sort through on our own what worked. We quickly came to appreciate the effort Daryl's team put into really trying to fit a nanny to our family.

Over the years, as our kids grew up, our needs changed, and Stanford Park was there with us, adjusting to our situation and feedback. And, having the entire team as a resource for us (as well as for the nanny) was something we really came to rely on through any challenging topic--Stanford Park Nanny's suggestions, coaching and willingness to be a sounding board gave us a real feeling of security.

We also used their temporary nanny service when one of our nannies was out for a few months with a new baby or needed to travel home to deal with a family issue for several weeks. And, we used the on call service whenever our nanny was sick. Both services are fabulous, filling a void seamlessly and our kids enjoyed having the new person for a few days or weeks. The temporary and on call nannies really know how to quickly fit in to the new situation quickly.

I can't say enough about this group, and have recommended their services many, many times over the years.

I can't say enough good things about Stanford Park Nannies. We are first time parents and new to the East Bay. We were looking for a nanny to work about 20 hours per week. I was referred to SPN from a friend. We called and talked to Maggie about how the nanny process works. Maggie came out to our house and sat with us to define our needs and what might be a good fit. After that she set up a few working interviews with some nannies that had the schedule we were looking for. After two working interviews we had chosen the person we thought would be right for our family. We have had our nanny for three months and are thrilled. She is more than we ever expected.
