We stayed for 6 evenings. All manner of service(s) were top-notch! Bartenders and Waitstaff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. Everyone we came into contact with were friendly and welcoming. It was easily noticeable that a positive work culture is actively cultivated and maintained. Bravo!

Pure staycation perfection! CC at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and Diego made every meal special. The whole team is incredible.

Don’t miss the French toast at brunch or the Cajun shrimp pasta at dinner at Menlo Tavern—both are absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful property, such friendly staff and helpful. Whole property was really upscale and clean rooms - comfy beds! 10/10 felt like an east coast dreamy getaway. Flew up for the day for a doctor appt at Stanford. Location is prime and within range of airport convenience. Would definitely be back!

Fantastic staff and a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and lunch are amazing. Highly recommend the hotel for family vacations or business travel. Manager Avi knows how to look after the guests. Will be a regular stay for us!

We had a retirement celebration for a colleague who worked at Sequoia Hospital for 38 years. The staff were professional and the customer service was excellent. Maria is the catering manager and she could of not been more accommodating and professional. Would highly recommend the venue and food.

Exceptional Hospitality and Comfort!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the kindness of the staff. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my stay truly enjoyable. Mid Dec2024 Stately, modern, sophisticated, and Stanford themed hotel with an excellent location.

Spent a couple of nights and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were well kept and modern. Particularly impressed with the coffee machine which is a premium model.

The hotel layout is easy to navigate and filled with interesting photos of renowned Stanford personalities and figures. The decor and furnishings and the little touches are typically Americana .

Extra amenities come through a welcome snack bar area in the morning and afternoons with pastries and drinks.

Their pool area is outdoors and a bit tepid but in a nice secluded spot.

Their outdoor courtyard is inviting with outdoor fireplaces at night times.

The only food outlet is the resto and bar which I think is a bit small as sound carries loudly when filled with people so it isnt exactly inviting for private conversations.

Their gym is spacious enough though some of the equipment is not of the latest models.

The main asset is the hotel's proximity to the campus and its location along El Camino St and the major shopping complexes at Palo Alto and Menlo Park.

Definitely a great place to stay for families and those familiar with the Stanford community.

We had a scientific meeting at this hotel -- with about 25 attendees. ||We had absolutely no issues. Everything went very smoothly.||The accommodations, meeting rooms and meals were first rate. And the service was excellent.||The fun part is all the famous Stanford grads posted on the walls of the hotel. Very inspiring!
