I unfortunately had to stay here for months cause it was convenient to grocery stores and childs school. This is the worst place to stay. The front desk am and pm girls besides the girl who works Thursday and Friday have no customer service skills, they gossip about guests to other guests, completely rude and act like it's an inconvenience to help in any way. The breakfast is limited and they only set out certain amount of each item. And they do not do stay over service I have cleaned my own room every day made my own bed and there is always stains and bowl burn holes in the blankets and sheets

I don't recommend coming here at all, the rooms were really bad quality. I have no idea where to even start. The room made an okay first impression, but then it all went down. The room smelled so bad that we thought someone had forgotten to flush the toilet. So we ventilated the room for a good hour, if not more. We were terrified to even touch anything in the bathroom. The shower wasn't bad, but it was still untouchable. We all showered in flip-flops out of fear of getting an infection. The only pro about the bathroom was that the toilet seat was comfortable. Now, onto the room, the beds were okay and comfortable, but some of the sheets had burn marks. We didn't really look at the floor, so I won't leave a comment on it. The walls were filthy and don't even get me started on the ventilation grille, it was disgusting and dirty, i dont think anyone has ever cleaned it. It was full of dust, and it was kinda rusty. The TV was working, but barely, it kept turning on and off from time to time, and it even glitched once and wouldn't stop for a few minutes. The sink was really low, so it was difficult to wash my face, and there was something disgusting coming out of it. Overall, i really dont recommend wasting your money on this place. This comes from the 6 of us who stayed here. I don't think i'll ever come back to sonora because of this place.

Don‘t go there! It’s absolutely horrible! The Rooms are dirty and the beds look like they weren‘t cleaned. The first room we looked at smelled like cigarettes and was very dirty so we asked for another room. The second room was even worse because it was fully covered in spider webs. When we said that we won‘t stay there and want our money back, the waitress just said „sounds good, perfect“

We ended up getting two rooms for our large family. One of the rooms was not even cleaned and the front desk fully admitted that. Our sheets were yellow, there was scum and grime in the shower, there was pubic hair and women’s hair in the bedding not to mention a ball burn on each blanket. The room was full of flies and the AC hardly worked. it smell horrible. We went to the office to complain. She voided the transaction and we left immediately. I can say that the funds were back on our card within 20 minutes. We headed over to the Aladdin hotel and it was cheaper and nicer. Save your money and your time I suggest not touching anything entering the rooms .

We were coming into town late so decided to get a room here. I should have listened to my instincts and asked to check the room 1st. This is by far the worst place I have, ever stayed!!! The rooms are so small and what little furniture was there was from a used store if not found in a garbage bin. The door had large gaps and no sealant. Went to front desk and asked for a broom. There were so many SPIDERS, bugs, ants snd whatever could come through the gap everywhere!!! I swept the corners, ceiling and killed bugs and spiders my entire stay. Never slept at all!!! They said this place is non refundable once you book. No we know why they hold on to the payment, no one would stay here as soon as they entered the room. Never again will I stay here. Please, find any other hotel nearby no matter the cost. This place needs to be banned from online booking or even a place a human should stay at.

Please save yourselves the money this place needs love from the inside out the walls need a good scrubbing they are white and dirty. The bathroom floor had cracks in it, the tub looked old and warn out very slippery as well. The cooler system looked old and warned down, as we turned it on the lamp flickered, the lamp shape was warn out with thread strings coming out of it dangling. Part of the lamp worked the other half didn't, they had reading lights attached to the beds we had two beds they only worked on one bed. There was a slight indented crack in the wall. The refrigerator looked wore out and outdated. The lobby seems old and grungy the breakfast is a nice thought but not much to it, they had bread for toast but no tongs to get the bread out of the bag anyone can stick their hand in it. One of their table cloths was filthy. Worst of all a man was sitting two doors down from my room he was completely spun out talking to himself. You see others walking around looking drugged out in and out as well. Save your money and go else where.

I stayed here because my bf stays in Vallecito fire camp , this location was so convenient and close by , right off the freeway , food places around , near downtown . The stay was great it was quiet , the room I stayed in was clean and price is good for more than 1 night ! I will be coming here from here on out for my trips to Vallecito
