Macy was incredibly helpful in every step along the way. There are so many things to cover and she sent videos to walk us through it all. She took care of changing dates due to a hurricane, answered our questions while we were at Disney and helped communicate with our hotel when we were unable to get through. Couldn't have done the trip without her!

Macy is amazing at what she does! Our trip went so smoothly and was just perfect! She helped us pick out the all inclusive resort that was right for us and handled EVERYTHING, even giving us tips and “tricks” to make the process even smoother. Her knowledge of the best transportation service, excursion company and Mexico in general was so helpful. I completely trusted all of her recommendations. As someone who had never traveled to Mexico, she helped me to feel comfortable and not anxious about traveling to a different country. I highly recommend using Macy to plan your next vacation!

Macy was amazing from beginning to end. I was so overwhelmed with the thought of planning and navigating a Disney surprise trip for my girls bday and she made it such a stress free experience. She is right beside you literally from beginning to end. She was always available to answer and help with any and everything. EVEN while at the park. I could not have done this without her. Macy was absolutely AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to make our trip stress free and absolutely perfect. From start to finish she was present and very informative and just amazed my whole family with all of her Disney knowledge and willingness to help. So much so when we actually got to Disney my little boy ask where she was he thought she was coming with us. SO much fun. I cant imagine going on this trip without her guidance. She is the best!

Macy was the best. She set up two different resorts and multiple transfers for us. All went well. She also set up excursions. They also went very well. Anything we asked she took care of right away. Mailed all paper work for stays and excursions with highlighted dates and times. Had sticky notes on all papers with directions.
