Every year, they somehow "lose" my auto-pay settings. This results in missed payments once a year, since we like to "set and forget" our bill payments.

Easily the worst utility company we've had the displeasure of dealing with.

So I guess I was more fortunate than some because when I called down the woman who answered was friendly and professional and immediately helped me update my Auto Billing which is a must-have. The reason for the three stars only is the online system appears to be a mess because I'm getting nothing but 404 for everything that says billing options, pay a bill, etc. It's 2024, Clovis can do better.

They Switched billing providers, failed to give us notice that our auto pay would be suspended....

Sent us a bill with a due date in two days and charged us a late fee.

When I called to address this, they stated that they issued ONE notice this would happen in May. I never saw this notice.

I called to see when is my trashs pick up day, waited 15 minutes on the phone only to be told that is option 3. I was transferred to option 3 and was told that office is current closed it open from 8am to 3pm. This is horrible service any of those ladies could of told me when my trash pick up day

The employees that work here are extremely rude and do not provide any assistance whatsoever. I'm not sure how the City of Clovis continues to allow such poor customer service for its residents.

The lady Anita, didn't help at all after I was on hold, hung up on, and called back again. How do you have someone answering phones for a business that doesn't seem to want to help people with their problems She tried to get me off the phone by giving me a website, telling me I can do it on my own. So rude and unbelievable... we pay taxes for this In a "better" city I was getting better service living in fresno. Didn't sound at all interested in her job. Ridiculous.

Great service. I'm sure people get frustrated w finances and shutoff but never in 20 yrs dealing w them had I had a issue. Friendly people and I've had late payments too. I know ill get yelled at but biggest way to avoid issues is pay bill on time. It's saves lots headaches of any kind.
