First time in the antelope valley. Lovely to see people taking care of what we have been given. Surprised by the scale of the work being done.

Beautiful hidden gem but I’m not sure if I was walking on private property to find it. There are no marked or paved trails or roads.

This preserve is blocking aspect of SAND CANYON ROAD, which denies property owners rights to access for their land. Sadly, I have made numerous attempts to reach the organization and yet for years it seems as if no one is in charge.

A change must happen to support private property owners land rights. Though, Id hate to see the preserve fall a paprt over multiple legal actions, I feel as a property owner in the area, that those of us who are blocked out from being given access, will be forced to take the necessary legal action in an effort to gain access to our land. #OpenSandCanyonRoad

THC is such a wonderful organization with amazing lands! Their conservation efforts are truly making a difference. My Girl Scout troop has done many projects with them over the year and will continue to do so. We've done everything from trail cleanup, habitat protection, and resorstion projects for the Joshua Tree in burn areas. We love THC and its incredible group of hard working individuals!
