Terrible customer service. My parents, siblings and family members have been using Marlene for sometime to purchase airline tickets. I happen to call for guidance on covid testing as I will be traveling to meet family. She was quick to say, "if you didn't purchase the ticket through me. I cannot help." While, I can understand that to an extent - it was not going to take no more than 1-2 minutes of her time. She would have gained a loyal customer if she would have just appreciated that my family referred me to her for guidance. As a Director of Sales & Marketing in the Hospitality & Tourism industry - this is not the standard level of service any company should provide.
