Booked a room very last minute and was glad that they were able to accommodate my stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, and no carpet which is always a plus. Staff was welcoming & friendly. Didn’t realize I had left my charger after checking out, I called and they held it for me until I returned to pick it up. Very much appreciated. Hotel served its purpose. Would book again. Great location.

The room was clean, with fridge and microwave. Some people complained about hot water but it was at a good temperature, safe for children and never ran out.
In general, excellent for the budget.

When you stay at a hotel you expect your thing to be protected. However after staying for a night, I left the room with a pair of leather boots. When I called about it, I was told to call back the next day when I was told they didn't find a pair of leather boots in the room.
It was a Straight up lie from the staff and managers covering for the staff

Update* the comments from your owners saying the did an investigation? Into what?

I 100% grantee you see me walk in with boots on and not out with them at all. I was carring a suit. Sad and pathetic response to a negative comment. Which is really a warning to other guess that stay at nice Wyndham hotels. Ps. Your breakfast is poor and I feel like you know and don't want to put in the effort of higher the Staff. Either way, worst stay I've had.

I've stayed here more times than I can count and will keep coming back. My wife and daughter always feel like they are at home and every time we ask for extras, we get them. The rooms are very clean and the staff is always friendly and hospitable. Every time I've had a complaint, the manager Jay and his wife were on top of it, they have gone out of their way to make sure we are happy. Keep up the good work and Thank you for your service ! If you stay here, I recommend dining at The Black Bear Diner and Chris & Pits in Downey, CA. Sonora Bakery in East LA, CA and Toms Tailgate in La Mirada, CA.

since it was during summer, a/c was NOT on in room!! seemed to take forever just to get it cooled off. i didnt notice roaches until check out.... ||price could have been better than what i actually paid for, but since it was only 1 nite.... if there is a next time, it w/be soley because of convenience/location & if longer then 1 nite, hopefully have a better rate.

I have not been here in 3+ years. I requested my favorite 1 bedroom suite downstairs. To my surprise..everything in the room was the same except a new couch in living room very nice! Room was clean and sanitized, had clean towels and toiletries. Thank you to Jay at the front desk for making my stay..feel like my home away from home. Keep up the great work

I always stay here when visiting from Arizona . Staff is always friendly and very accommodating. Room are always clean and neat. Definitely recommend staying here . Anything you need they are to take care of you . Keep up the good work guys I’ll be back soon and will definitely be staying here .
