The room was dirty and found hairs on the sink, toilet, and bathtub. The selling was stained, and the table and chairs were dirty.

Location is great. Near bank and restaurants and super market as well. The room was cozy and smelled clean. Bed was comfy. Check in was easy and great customer service. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Rivera Inn & Suites Motel is in Pico Rivera, CA Needs To Care About All Guests Rest and Sleep.

My stay was from March 24, 2022 to March 26, 2022.

Rivera Inn & Suites Motel is in Pico Rivera, CA which is a good location however is run by a family business owner who has some of his family living and working there. Nothing wrong with it however they're confused about what's important in an accommodation business. In this case the cousin can bang the walls and floors hard which they tell you the guest to hush. The simple answer is Customer is important because they (We) are paying their bills and salary by staying there!

The room I stayed was bad smelling but what is even worse was the dirty tear old cover bed blanket. Even the housekeeper tells me that I was given a bad area of the motel to stay? What she meant? Continue reading because staying at Rivera Inn & Suites Motel was a nightmare. It felt like hell not a sanctuary to rest and sleep!

The non stop strong force noises every single night including the Sheriff Department, the Fire Department and Ambulance arriving around 1 am or 2 am because a guest or someone is banging the floor or walls very hard which doesn't allow other guests to rest and sleep. You been warned that next time think twice before booking a family run motel or hotel because they have family or relatives living or working there and those people can get away with their craziness mental issues.

I stayed there yesterday and the room was very nice. It had great wifi reception and is close to several restaurants, walking distance. It is very quiet and had a great sleep. Probably due that it is 1 mile from the freeway. The staff was great. Great beds. The in room Jacuzzi was so large, it could easily fit 2 or more people.

The check-in was easy and fast. Was greeted by a very pleasant lady, and made this past Monday, a good day since it rained! 111 very clean! Would highly recommend..

Sadly, we were misled by the very positive reviews on Trip Advisor, which proved completely inaccurate. The room was very poorly lit, with one dim light near the window. No bedside lamps, dirty carpet, threadbare towels, grubby bedspread and stained blanket. The bathroom was clean and adequate. No facilities to make a hot drink. One to be avoided unless you are desperate. I can only imagine that previous reviewers were canvassed by the owners.
