My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gina and Keith's stunning Compass North cabin in Mi-Wuk Village, and I cannot praise our experience enough. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and charm of this hidden gem nestled in the heart of nature.

First and foremost, the cleanliness and attention to detail in the cabin were impeccable. Every nook and cranny was spotless, and the entire space exuded a sense of freshness and comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy peaceful nights of rest and wake up rejuvenated each morning.

The decor and design of Compass North was simply exquisite. The cabin effortlessly blended modern aesthetics with rustic elements, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that truly captured the essence of the surrounding natural beauty.

What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality provided by Gina and Keith. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was taken care of. From the moment we made our reservation, they provided us with detailed information and answered all our questions promptly. Their thoughtfulness and dedication to their guests made us feel truly valued.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Compass North and cannot wait to return.

Sweet Retreat is aptly named! The lake is the perfect place to decompress from busy lives and is perfectly maintained. Keith and Gina are great hosts, very easy and prompt communication and the cabin has everything you’ll need to have a wonderful time. This is the second property of theirs we’ve stayed at and we will definitely be returning guests!

What a beautiful gem of a cabin!! So warm, friendly, and inviting. Great decor. Has everything you need for a good stay in regards to bedding, cooking, movies, weather conditions, etc. A great place for family or a romantic getaway. My boyfriend and I loved it. Very cozy. I would definitely use this host again. The pillows were absolutely amazing just like a lavish hotel lol. Thank you Gina & Keith. Your reliable communication was also very much appreciated. Perfect place for multiple families and friends to get together for a long weekend. We booked all three units for a long Presidents’ Day weekend. It was awesome! Gina thought of everything that we would need in the kitchen and throughout the cabin and the place is so charming and well appointed.
The layout of the property allows for privacy and space if you want it… Or the back patio is a great place for families to get together and have meals and sit around the fire pit in the evenings. The kids absolutely loved it and enjoyed the forest in the back. Plus we got to drive to Dodge Ridge and ski for two days which is so close and convenient! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

It’s a great place to have several friends or family members to rent to each unit, you have your separate sleeping spaces, but you come together to hang out on the decks for meals and drinks!! Highly recommend!!
