I could not say enough positive things about Jamie and the team at Sarah Viera. My husband came down with the flu the night of our rehearsal dinner and Jamie, Sarah, and the team, went above and beyond to make sure he could walk down the aisle and kept me calm to boot (think Jamie's husband waiting in line for two hours at Walgreens to pick up a Tamaflu prescription and Sarah organizing drip IV's). Jamie and Sarah pulled us through a 'worst case scenario' situation with grace, personal care and unbelievable kindness. Jamie also lead us through every step of the planning process with competence and ease. No detail was too small to make sure our vision came to life. Our wedding exceeded all our expectations thanks to her hard word and dedication. 12/10 recommend Jamie and Sarah Viera.

We worked with both Sarah and Jamie, and they were both phenomenal! My husband and I live on the East Coast, and we really needed a planning team we could trust to help us design and plan our Colorado wedding at the Broadmoor. We are so glad we went with Sarah and Jamie! They are so creative, organized, and responsive! They understood our vision for our wedding and helped us refine it into an incredible event that all our family and friends are still raving about! They also go above and beyond for their couples, Jamie even sewed a button on my Dad's tux after it came off 30 minutes before the ceremony. I was completely relaxed and present in the moment on my wedding day because I knew they had every little detail covered. I can't recommend them highly enough!

When we hired Sarah, we really had no clue where to start. All we knew is that we wanted to get married in the upcoming fall season and that would be in around 9 months. She was absolutely amazing in getting us organized and helping us prioritize what needed to get done by when, taking into account our budget and keeping everything fun and flexible. Sarah has worked with many professionals within the wedding industry and was able to recommend a few that we worked with and were great. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah Viera. She was organized, punctual, classy and all around lovely to work with. She is experienced in the field, quick to respond to emails, had excellent recommendations for photographers/vendors and was able to answer every question and concern we had. She made us feel at ease when our venue had to make a last minute location change from an outside ceremony to inside due to rain. She exceeded my expectations in every way and made our day feel like a top priority. Sarah is really the gold standard of wedding planning - would recommend to any bride to be!

Sarah and Mia are AMAZING women! Not only do they always make you feel like the dazzling bride you are but they truly build that trust that is required when you are handing over such important reigns! These ladies are always prompt, always prepared and always there to answer any questions or concerns you may have! These ladies are TOP NOTCH planners and truly make give even the small details their full attention. You will feel loved, supported and carefree on your wedding day if you hire these ladies. Trust me, if what makes your heart happy is having Sarah Viera there holding a gin and tonic that you can sip between photos because you're missing cocktail hour - they are here to please. Trust me when I say that these ladies were worth EVERY penny. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thank you ladies for being so damn wonderful and for truly making my visions reality. I got married on Sunday at Spruce Mountain Ranch and Sarah was my planner. I grew up in Colorado Springs but currently live in Pennsylvania so I was planning the wedding from afar. Sarah was recommended by Spruce Mountain and from our first phone conversation back in December, I knew that she was the only person for the job. She made me feel comfortable that everything would be organized and taken care of! As planning went on, I was so reassured when all of our other vendors could say nothing but the best things about Sarah. I had no nerves on the big day because everything was organized to a T. Sarah and her team were friendly and professional and helped every step of the way - even helping when a bridesmaid had a faulty zipper. Sarah was a joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Colorado!!

Sarah was my wedding planner for an October wedding this year. I'm from Kansas so it was difficult for me to plan it so far away. She took care of everything but took what I wanted into consideration. My wedding was beautiful and went SO smoothly, thanks to Sarah. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is such a joy.
