I stayed one night here price was a little on the high side for what it is. It’s cash only motel the rooms are updated and clean. The person at the desk is very nice and went out of her way to accommodate my disability. It’s very peaceful although it’s near hwy 33 noise was very minimal. I would have gave 4 stars if the grout in shower didn’t have cracks. I will be staying here again

Well,the room that I was in appeared clean,however,there was an infestation of bedbugs. The room that I got was supposably the best one! I'd hate to see the other rooms!! They also have tenants residing there that have their cars broken down on the property so it makes exiting the parking lot interesting to say the least. The motel manager seems to like to drink everyday. I'd give this place half a star.

We were travelling to southern california and had been driving for a long time and were tired, so we found this motel after being scared away from the big cities and were pleasantly surprised. It is a small town so we felt safe and the motel was $55 for a queen room. It's clean and smells nice, not like some motels. Charming and cozy I will definitely remember this place if I am ever in So. Cal. in need of a place to bed down. The lady (owner?) was very inviting and nice. Not knowing anything about what food there is in Newman, CA we were pleasantly surprised to find that there were takeout menus in the drawer for Pizza and Chinese foods also including burgers. Quiet private place with air conditioning, great for beating the heat! The decor certainly adds to the cozy feel. =) Love this place! It has a mini fridge and microwave as well.

Refused to honor my priceline booking price.

Room was rented to me as queen it was a full. Sheets where dirty, large amounts of mold on back wall. Dirty walls, carpet and chairs. Nasty bathroom. Bathroom light did not work.

After paying more than my priceline booking, and seeing all this I was refused refund even though all I did was walk around the room. It took Law enforcement to get my refund which was given in cash at that point. Seemed to not be the first time this happened for them . . .

Strongly suggest you avoid this place. 18 miles away better safer rooms to be had at the same price.

I hate to give this place a bad review. Other review said the guy just bought the place so maybe in time it will be better. ||||The outside looks nice and was very, very clean. The name painted on the side of the building was very cute and we were pleased when we drove up.||||The guy was out taking care of the landscape when we arrived. He was friendly and helpful - telling us about the stores in town, restaurants, etc.||||But the office had bars on the outside and the sign said no prostitution, no hourly rentals, etc - haven't seen that before and was concerning, at least.||||Then we went in the room and everything went downhill from there. Table with no chairs, shabby curtains, rust spots in the sink, missing lights in the bathroom, yellow bottomed shower curtain and some stain on the side of the bed..||||||.

Rooms not cleaned seen owner just sweeping and remaking a used room after the guest had checked out. no wifi

It's disgusting wouldn't recommend it to a dog let alone a person. Found a broken meth pipe in my room and nobody would go remove it from the room, he was not bothered by the fact that the room was already occupied by two ladies that were in there talking and probably smoking meth. They were in there with the curtains closed and door locked supposedly cleaning the filthy room and he couldn't give me any kind of discount or anything $60.00 of my hard earned money for this nasty room obviously they don't mind if you do drugs in their motel if they have 2 dope heads for cleaning ladies. I don't give it even 1/4 of a star maybe an 1/8 of a star, only because it was cooler in the room than outside, but there were about 8 flies in the room also. Disgusting.
