This woman and her company exceeded my expectations. She made the room absolutely spectacular. The pictures dint evwn do it justice. She added special touches we didn't even ask for. Our wedding night was made better with the blessed touch of this woman's creative mind and hand. There was not 1 problem from asking my many thousand questions and changing my mind 100 times before I booked. Contract and payment were proper. I pray that her company is blessed beyond measure. Book her you won't be disappointed.

Please do not hesitate to book Steph. Short version is that she is absolutely amazing! Longer version - we booked Steph after looking at options to have our cake delivered and room decorated for our elopement in Vegas from the UK. From the start, she was so incredibly helpful and friendly and I felt that I had known her for ages! Steph offered exactly what we wanted at such a good price and absolutely far exceeded expectations. The pictures speak for themselves but if you want someone with excellent communication, who is as excited as you are for your wedding day, is thoughtful, friendly and sincere, who goes above and beyond and ensures that your day is perfect then book Steph in without a doubt - you will be so happy that you did! Steph and her team are absolutely amazing!! We had our wedding in Vegas this past weekend and I booked Heart and Soul Gatherings to set up some snacks and drinks in my hotel room for me and my bridal party to munch on as we got ready. And let me tell you the set up was beyond my expectations. You get so much more than snacks with this, you get an experience and a beautiful one ? I can’t say enough how happy I was and am that I reached out to Steph and got this set up. And they do everything from set up to clean up. Very responsive and will answer any concern or question. If you are thinking about it, DO IT!! 100/10 recommend definitely worth it!

It was a pleasure working with Stephanie. She set up a gorgeous picnic for my sister’s bridal shower. I sent her inspo pictures of what we liked and trusted her with everything! Where to begin!? From the moment I got in contact with Stephanie I knew I was in the right hands! I had seen her work on IG and loved everything she did. She was always willing to listen to my ideas even if I was bouncing all over the place. She is so patient and kind that I had such a good time communicating with her. In the end she really made my day easier and everything turned out beautiful. The arch and tables turned out exactly how I wanted and everything looked absolutely beautiful. Hearts and Soul Gatherings put together the most beautiful bridal shower for me! It’s was themed Head Over Boots! Stephanie was absolutely amazing! All of the decorations, food, drinks, and games were one of a kind. Every detail was so breath taking. I could not be happier with the outcome and my guests were just as amazed!!

I can't recommend Steph enough!!! She set up a fun and delicious breakfast cart for my getting ready room on my wedding day. The planning process was SO easy for her, and I loved having everything taken care of on a stressful day. She really took care of us from set-up to take-down. Stephanie made our proposal absolutely MAGICAL. In September my girlfriend and I had flown from Florida to Las Vegas for a little getaway/secret engagement trip. I had set up a fun photo shoot and picnic where I would be proposing. Stephanie took care of the picnic and I had not seen it until it was revealed during our photo shoot and I can easily say, it was the best thing I ever decided to do. The time and effort Stephanie puts into every single detail is amazing. She strives for perfection and exceeds it every single time. On top of her hard work, Stephanie is fun to be around, lovely to work with, and sweet to talk to.
