I'm so glad I found Rosmery for my wedding. She's SUPER generous with her time and always available to have a quick meeting or answer any of my questions. I wasn't local to Vero Beach and she made planning so much smoother (she had great recommendations for vendors, would take measurements at my venue for me, etc). She also stepped in with some creative solutions when things didn't go as planned. Plus, she's so friendly and warm - I never felt like my vision was being steamrolled, even when what I wanted wasn't very "traditional". Would highly recommend!

My in-laws highly recommended Rosmery for our wedding planning after having previously worked with her to plan a large outdoor event. Rosmery is sweet, thoughtful, experienced, and as her business name (Details Event Planning) suggests, she thinks of every little detail to make your event perfect. My husband and I live six hours out of town from our wedding venue in Fort Pierce, which made our planning a bit more challenging, but Rosmery made it easy to connect via Zoom calls when we couldn’t be in town. She has good relationships with many other vendors, which made it easier to coordinate those needs, too. She worked tirelessly leading up to and throughout our wedding weekend to perfectly execute our vision. Even when we later learned that there were behind-the-scenes challenges on the day of our wedding, Rosmery and her team somehow handled them seamlessly. Old Hollywood Glamour Wedding!
Rose at Details Event Planning worked with me to plan my intimate (35 folks) yet spectacular Italian Sunday wedding in the heart of South Beach. I wanted an "Old Hollywood" feel - she helped me select an amazing Art Deco beachside Hotel (Shelbourne), that fit my budget and style. Then she went to work! She proposed a Garden Style wedding in the Hotel's Garden, and we had the ceremony and the reception all in one location. It was a DREAM! We even had spectators 🙂 From flowers to linens, to table layout, to timeline - Rose spared NO detail! And, it all fit within my budget! She is knowledgeable, thrifty, and her vision is impeccable. If you are sitting on the fence to have a wedding planner (I didn't think I would need one!) take the plunge. Rose takes a stressful event (planning a wedding), and turns it into a FUN and Memorable experience!
