Not only was she there for me during wedding planning but I also had a baby during the process and she gave me the space and time I needed to recover and welcome a baby into our life. Where to begin!? I worked with Kelsey for 1.5 years on my 10/19/2024 wedding and it was nothing short of incredible. Kelsey is poised, positive, and beyond talented in what she does. Where do I even begin!? Kelsey was such a pivotal part of our wedding from the day we had our first call! After 15 months of planning together Kelsey became not only a friend but a part of the family. As an extremely type A bride it was super important to me to find a planner that could really understand my vision and ensure all the little details were carried out and Kelsey did all of that and MORE! From extremely intricate ceiling florals all the way to rose shaped ice cubes, she made sure it all happened exactly how we envisioned. She was extremely detail oriented and organized throughout all of our planning process and truly became my rock in times of stress and kept me on schedule. She was always available when needed and ensured timely follow up on requests. Kelsey is the definition of the perfect person to have by your side for your wedding; she even greeted us with cocktails after our ceremony was over and brought us snacks from cocktail hour during our photos to make sure we got to enjoy them! Our wedding day truly could not have been possible without Kelsey. We are forever indebted to her and her team for how magical they made us feel and how smoothly they made the day go. Kelsey has such a special gift of design and coordination and was truly born to be a wedding planner. Bloom & Grow Events will always have a special place in our hearts!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Kelsey and her team are INCREDIBLE at what they do! I've rarely seen a planner who was so dedicated to her bride's vision and so detail oriented while being calm and easy to work with on wedding day! Kelsey prioritizes her couple's wishes and executes it perfectly - she expertly navigated rain, a fallen floral arch, and a few minor snags without the couple or guests even noticing - she truly saves the day!

Kelsey is also kind, willing to lend a hand wherever necessary to make the day flow perfectly, and becomes friends with her couples as she spends 12-18 months with them and planning the wedding! I can confidently say she will go the extra mile for you to make your vision come true - all with the most lovely demeanor and smile on her face. I can't recommend her enough!
