We recently celebrated our wedding, and I can’t say enough good things about Easy Events From the very start, they went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything perfect and more. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable, especially with the stunning decor they put together. Every single detail, from the floral arrangements to the table settings, was flawlessly coordinated and designed to match our style perfectly. Not only did they handle all the details with ease, but they also stepped in and resolved some issues that popped up towards the end.
When the unexpected challenges came up, Jen took Over communication with the venue staff, got everything back on track, and didn’t miss a beat. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for making sure I was happy & every detail was perfect made all the difference.

Do yourself a favor and stop looking for anyone else. Easy Events is thee best in the business. My husband and I were so fortunate to have both Jake (DJ) and Jen (coordinator) apart of our wedding weekend. I literally gave Jen a Pinterest board of ideas and she fully executed my vision. I sent over a variety of music genres to Jake and he had our party going all night.

We literally could have not done our wedding weekend without the Easy
Events team. Not only are they professional but also so personable. Everything from the biggest vendor to the smallest detail doesn’t get past the Easy Events team.

I honestly don’t think we could have our wedding without them. And no I’m not over exaggerating!
If you are able to book them, DO IT! They are worth every penny and more!

Always professional and exceptional service! I have used Easy Events for my daughter’s wedding and 9 different company events. They have always gone above and beyond to make each and every event fantastic, and so much easier on me than before I used their services. Easy Events made our dream come true. Jennifer and Jake were extremely attentive to every detail and left nothing unturned. Our wedding was orchestrated to the tee (no pun intended...we were married on hole 14 at Gold Hills Golf Course). The movement between the ceremony and the reception had a lot of moving parts and to have them coordinate that took a lot of worries of our minds!!! To not hire these wonderful people to do your event would undoubtedly decrease your chances of success. In detail, they went to our house several times to coordinate the details to the finest point and just the way they did it gave us the utmost confidence that our day was going to be perfect...and it was. They cared so much for our day and for us that we actually became friends! Do yourself a favor and call them!!!!!!!!!

We chose to work with Easy Events initially because they were a DJ and coordinator pair so it would make for a simpler vendor experience. Upon our interview we knew we made the right choice! These two are fun, friendly, extremely detail oriented, and go above and beyond in their services. The whole process was made easy with how well their planning forms are structured. At the wedding, anything that needed changing or questioned, Jennifer was so calm and collective and took my thoughts into consideration and took care of it in a snap. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The music selection can be as detailed or as hands off as you choose. We chose all of our songs. Jake read the crowd so well that when everyone was getting down he never stopped the fun by putting on a slow song. The party kept going! And we love it! Several people afterwards said that was the funnest wedding they’ve been to. Over all we give them an 11/10 and recommend them to all of our friends!

Easy Events did a phenomenal job with our wedding! Jake is an amazing DJ and had the dance floor packed all night. Jennifer is a beautiful lifesaver who made my wedding zero stress because she thought of literally everything before hand! She guided us through how we wanted the big day to go, and it turned out perfectly. I was able to just breathe and be in the moment because I had her coordinating everything. Thank you both so much!
