Effortless Events is tremendous. I was planning my company's 100th Anniversary Celebration for customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders, our board of directors and local, regional and national legislators. I was a one-woman committee, and I knew I was in over my head; I had the venue and catering set but everything else still needed to be done. From the moment I met with Cindy and Ashley I knew that everything was going to FANTASTIC!

Not only did they help me bring my vision to reality, but they made it so much better! Cindy thought of so many details that I did not even consider. She offered me many options and helped me talk through things when I was overwhelmed. She also really helped me maximize my budget by helping me determine which items would really give me the visual "wow" factor I desired.

Another thing I really appreciated about Effortless Events is the expert design services that Ashley provided. She designed everything from self-standing photo banners to table numbers to the seating chart, etc. She also put together our historical program booklet which was over 70+ pages long. We provided the content, and she made it look amazing!

Cindy and Ashley and I were in constant communication throughout the process. Cindy would check in regularly and always started our conversation by asking me "What is keeping you up at night?" The great thing is that I never had a response to that question because she was so on the ball!

There was no way that I could have done this without her. Not only was she incredibly helpful with the planning, but she made certain that everything ran smoothly on the day of the event. Absolutely hands down the best event planner ever. We hired Cindy from the get-go...engagement on! Because she is an industry insider, she not only knows all the top-notch vendors ( as she is!), she is repeat business for vendors. In other words, I have one wedding, she does many and if the vendors are not up to her standards, she will not recommend them. In addition, this gives her negotiating leverage that the average consumer does not have. Basically hire Cindy...and her negotiating skills more than pay for EE fee. Talk about a win-win!

My daughter's wedding was flawless and the day of schedule seamless because Cindy is so incredible organized and detail oriented. Guests said it was, bar none, the most beautiful wedding they had been to, and trust me, my friends and I go to a lot!

If you are considering using Cindy for a 'day of' planner, please consider having her do the entire event from start to finish. Her services are fantastic and they will more than pay for themselves.

P.S. I just hired Cindy and her team for a 2nd event...a party to celebrate the marriage of my other daughter here in Chicago, since she was married in DC with immediate family. It was held at Neat Kitchen + Bar in Westmont (again, a reco from Cindy) and EE did not disappoint. Everything was perfect and I will never use any other event planner...ever!!!
