Lauren from Stunning & Brilliant Events in Chicago was everything we hoped for in a wedding planner. Having never planned a wedding before, we had no idea where to start. Lauren guided us through every part of the process and was immensely helpful on our actual wedding day. She made it so we didn't have a single worry and our wedding process and day would not have been as seemless and carefree without her. Lauren also knows the best with vendor recommendations and was there for every question we had (and there were A LOT).

If you're in the Chicago area and don't use Lauren as your planner, you're missing out!

Lauren Bowles with Stunning & Brilliant Events is absolutely amazing! We hired her for partial planning as we had already selected our venue for the ceremony and reception. Our daughter had her ceremony and reception at Artifact Events in early December and it went off without a hitch! Lauren helped to make the planning process completely stress-free and seamless. We had some last-minute corrections to our ceremony programs and she jumped through hoops to have them re-printed and delivered at no additional cost. From the moment we engaged in her services she was thorough, understood and helped us create our wedding vision, and had a list of fantastic resources for us to explore. Lauren is super sweet, extremely talented, and very organized (not to mention beautiful). Luckily, I have a younger daughter so God willing, we will have the opportunity to work with her again soon! She was the coordinator extraordinaire!

There should be an option for 6 stars so I can go above and beyond for Lauren like she does for her clients. Truly the most organized, professional, detail-oriented person, while also being so thoughtful, conscientious, and having such wonderful taste! Literally nothing that Lauren touched related my wedding went wrong, or could even have been improved upon. If I could give the gift of Lauren to all future brides I would. We did the middle package (between month of and full planning) but I can’t even imagine what more she could’ve done if we’d gotten full planning! No one should have a wedding without Lauren

It's been a couple of months since my wedding and looking back at how smoothly and perfectly it went, is in large part thanks to Lauren! Lauren is incredibly organized and helped bring to light various areas that we had completely forgotten to address.

Additionally, there were one or two moments during the wedding where I thought I had to be the bad guy and point our various things that one vendor or another forgot to address or wasn't doing according to plan - Lauren took over here as well and said go enjoy yourself, I've got it. And she did!

If I could give a billion stars to Lauren I would. She is the BEST in the business. She is caring, extremely detail-oriented, on top of EVERYTHING, and overall the best support you can have throughout the planning process and on your wedding day. I had no clue what I was doing when my husband and I first got engaged and the first time I spoke with Lauren on the phone she put me at ease. She is able to bring any vision that you may have to life. Her relationships with so many Chicago vendors helped the entire process go so smoothly. I keep telling my husband that a large part of my post-wedding blues is because I will miss working with Lauren so closely. If you are considering hiring her, DO IT. You will absolutely not regret it.

If I could give 500 stars I would! Lauren was not just great, she vastly exceeded our expectations on every single level.
She was super organized, an absolute delight to work with, and brought our entire vision into focus and made it an absolutely stunning event.
Every little detail was curated and looked after so that my spouse and I could relax and enjoy the day. We didn’t have a single worry on our wedding day and she was just incredible.
I cannot possibly recommend her enough…just marvelous.

The best decision I made throughout the entire wedding process was asking Lauren to be my wedding planner! Lauren made the wedding of my dreams come true. She is patient, quick to respond, hardworking, attentive to details, and passionate about what she does. I didn't worry about ANYTHING on my wedding day because I knew I had Lauren by my side <3

Lauren was the perfect solution for our day of wedding planner. Lauren's day of services start around a month out and I could not imagine doing it without her. I sent Lauren all of my vendor contracts and she took it from there. Lauren came to my condo to meet with me and she was extremely organized and touched on all the right topics. Throughout the month of planning, Lauren did such a perfect job of putting in her two cents and making suggestions while also being super flexible and understanding to any of my wants and needs. The day of she had two helpers to make sure the venue was getting set up properly as well as spreading herself between the boys and girls getting ready. I honestly think the day went seamlessly, but if there were any hiccups I was not aware of them because of Lauren. I seriously can not say enough, I definitely recommend Lauren's services.
