Kelly and the entire TME team are UNBELIEVABLE. I am a hyper organized, deeply type A, borderline control freak sort of girl, and Kelly was right there with me every step of the way for an entire year leading up to my wedding. No question was too detailed or nuanced, and every time I began an email with an apology for the 80 questions about very specific details I was about to ask, Kelly's first response back was always, "Don't apologize!"

We initially weren't sure about hiring a wedding planner vs. day-of coordinator. Then I attended my cousin's wedding - the whole thing was so beautiful, and I noticed how calm the TME team was in spite of a torrential downpour that made nearly every aspect of the outdoor tent wedding more difficult. When my cousin's dad attributed the success of the day to TME, I knew!

In retrospect, the decision to hire Kelly was, hands down, the one I'm most grateful. We selected the partial planning option. I think people are sometimes hesitant about hiring wedding planners because they feel like they can do a lot of it themselves. And that is honestly probably true, but you have to ask yourself - at what cost. I think no matter how many weddings you've personally attended or been in, when planning your own, it is too easy to severely underestimate the amount of time required, and the general lack of clarity surrounding a lot of your decisions. There is so much (too much) information on the internet, and Kelly can cut right through it and tell you what actually matters, what's true and what's not, etc. etc. with ease because she knows weddings so well. She also got to know me personally through the planning process, which informed some of her feedback and guidance in a way the internet really couldn't accomplish because it was based on her experiences with me as a person.

The day of the wedding, the little things made the biggest difference:
- Kelly and her team showed up with what felt like our entire year's worth of back and forth committed to memory - they knew where everything was, where it all went, and how I envisioned everything set up

- Kelly had heard of or previously worked with I think just about 100% of our vendors

- I had a down-to-the-minute schedule from TME for myself, which may sound simple, but if I really sat down to think about it/make my own schedule, I had no way to know for sure how long certain things would take, how those things would be communicated to the vendors, etc. - Kelly knows timing like the back of her hand, and she made sure all of the vendors were on the same page a week in advance. That schedule was so immaculate and detailed it belongs in a museum.

- On time the entire day

- Kelly taught me how to spray champagne and make it look good literally 5 seconds before the picture

- At rehearsal the day before, Claire (s/o Claire!!) passed out mini printed schedules for the bridesmaids and groomsmen to follow so they knew where to be and when

- We had ordered donuts for the reception and didn't know who could pick them up the morning of - Kelly volunteered

- Claire showed up early and ready to steam not just my giant ballgown, but all nine of the bridesmaids' dresses, too

- Kelly glued my eyelash back on under pressure and in a time crunch and did it PERFECTLY

- Claire read my mind at one point during the party and was like, "do you need water?" which is the one thing I was dying to get my hands on

Lastly, the one thing I was absolutely dreading - packing up all of our stuff and somehow dragging it back to the hotel at the end of the night - the TME team did it all! My husband and I got back to our hotel room, and all of the stuff I'd brought to the venue over the course of the last week - a week's worth of stuff - was neatly packed and waiting for us, along with an adorable little gift from TME. I seriously could've cried

I rarely write reviews and I know this is the longest one ever, but the tl;dr version is do yourself a giant favor and hire Kelly - she is the key to the wedding you deserve.

If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner I would 100% recommend Kelly! I didn’t think my fiancé and I needed a wedding planner but boy was I wrong and it was the best thing ever to hire Kelly! The months leading up to our wedding everyone kept telling me that I didn’t seem stressed and my response was, “that is because I have the best wedding planner ever.”

Kelly is one of the most detailed and responsive people that I have ever worked with. She typed up a 10 plus page, hour by hour wedding day itinerary and to be honest I can’t even tell you everything that was on there because I just trusted her that much. She goes above and beyond. Her team coordinated every part of our day, and even delivered our belongings to our hotel room so we didn’t have to think about anything but tending to our guests. They made sure we were fed, on time, and enjoying a day that only comes once in a lifetime.
