Location was great for me. Right off the 15 and close to where I was working. Nice mountain views. Staff friendly and attentive. Housekeeping does towels everyday. Wasn't expecting that often. Great breakfast included. Ve careful with the cinnamon buns. Can't eat only one.

To start off, let me tell u, i stayed here for 12 days, and I am a lvl 8 google reviewer, so I take this seriously!! From the time we arrived, the girl at the reception with the glasses is the kindest , most bubbly person I've seen in the hotel business. The rooms were clean and there is even towels for 4 people in a 2 bed room. They have breakfast everyday from 6:30 am to 10am! The girls working the kitchen put alot of effort in making sure that all the food options for the day are available! Now, for the food. Everything stays the same for the most part: bagels, a pancake maker, muffins, scrambled eggs, yogurts, oatmeal and turkey and pork sausage! Every other day they alternate from egg omelette with cheese to veggie omelette WHICH IS SO GOOD! they also do biscuits and gravy every other day which alternates with potatoes! In my 12 days, only 3 of them had bacon, so I think they just go random with that! Lastly, they have these to die for cinnamon rolls! I swear I ate one every day lol. Back to the rooms! Every day I would hang my towel on the clothing rack and every day I came back. I had freshly folded towels in the bathroom! They did not make the bed all the time but I was impressed by the towel situation. Our shower was like the most intense shower ever. The water flow was so great that even with the curtain closed, the water would bounce out of the shower and wet EVERYTHING. I don't understand it but it wet the towel seat, the counter tops and the floor. JUST FROM THE WATER DROPLETS THAT WOULD BOUNCE OFF THE FLOOR! It was like a deep tissue massage type of shower. Luckily, we changed the way it came out and that solved the problem but I could see someone with back pain LOVING that experience. The hotel is on this nice hill and it's within 1 mile of many restaurants! In fact, I would walk to carls juniors because it was only 10mins away. They have 1 washer and dryer for tenants. It cost $2 wash and $2 dry. The front desk will give u coins for your cash. Kinda sucky but I was lucky enough for no one else needing it the same time. Lastly, they will also give u toothpaste, toothbrush, a razor, and shaving cream if u ask for it and it's free. No hassle whatsoever! They really do care at this place! The elevator is alright ish. The stairs is gonna be better if you are physically capable. I saw the pool but I'm no fan of cloudy blue water so I never tried it but I would always see signs of play every time I stopped by. A quick note* I want to let anyone know who reads my reviews that I am physically disabled, I walk with a cane due to not being able to walk very far..
I requested a room close to the elevator when I made my reservation online at the hotels website. When I asked the woman behind the desk, How far is my room from the elevator? She got a little rude and started counting how far my room was (5 rooms) and then asked me if that was good enough. I only wanted to get out of the heat and relax in a nice cool room. The complimentary breakfast was nothing to speak of. The selections were slim pickins, there wasn't much of a choice. Not even oatmeal. If you want milk it comes from a metal pitcher. I ended up with a really hard but, warm cinnamon roll and 2 cups of milk. I didn't know if the milk was whole milk or 2% because the pitchers were not labeled.

Positive: Air-conditioned Negative: The first time I stayed there everything was great but the second time we stayed tv didn't work I was told to try to fix it myself. Also we had No water pressure in the sink. Very disappointing

Have you ever been to a hotel that made up rules and then made up reasons for the made up rules that made no sense? The rooms here are clean, the prices are fair, and everyone seemed nice enough. However, the manager needs to read the book called "Raving Fans" as this place does the exact opposite of what they teach in the book. According to the employees of this Holiday Inn there is to be zero lounging in the lounge area. It is like the airport where the police come through and push you out of the lounge each day. We had a softball team at the hotel and we would grab dinner and eat in the lounging area after a long day at the field and we were asked to leave the loung twice (two different days) with a made up story about their insurance doesn't cover anyone in the lounge (we had an attorney and an insurance broker in our group...LOL). We honestly thought it was a rougue employee the first time. We were not loud or disrespectful as we were just quietly lounging in the lounge. Needless to say, we won't be back as we all went to our rooms and ate on our own...twice. Hey manager - read the book, improve your customer service, stand on your head and spit out quarters to make your customers happy...and until then, we wish you the best.

Lastly, we left a nice tip for the cleaning crew as we were afraid they may lose customers and wanted to be nice to people who are most impacted by poor customer service.

Stayed for one night for quick trip. Location was good and conveniently located off freeway. Request top floor room and was honored that. Top floor smelled strongly of marijuana however luckily our room itself didn’t smell of it. The beds were comfortable. Room felt clean. Other than some slight freeway noise from top corner room, hotel was quiet.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made reservations for a room with 2 beds and called the morning of my reservation to let them know I would be a late check in but still wanted/needed my room. They gave the 2 queen room away without calling me in advance to see if I still needed the room so when I got to the hotel to check in they only had a room with one bed which I couldn’t use. Then after they gave the room away because I wasn’t going to book with them because I needed a second bed they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee for not booking with them! Zero stars, night shift lady said that she had just got there and the day shift people were the ones who gave the room away but should’ve called before they did and they never called.
