Annie did absolutely amazing as our wedding coordinator. I was impressed with how organized she was, and how attentive she was to our needs. Wedding planning can feel so intimidating but having Annie’s support and guidance made all the difference! I appreciated all the resources she provides for her clients such as recommended vendors, decor ideas and decor rentals, a wedding planning timeline, wedding license information - literally every resource you could possibly need! She made sure we didn’t overlook any detail. She’s incredibly sweet, joyful, and truly dedicated to helping couples have the wedding of their dreams - and we did! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we honestly couldn’t have pulled it off without her. Annie genuinely loves what she does and it shows. I highly recommend her as your wedding coordinator! Annie was such an amazing coordinator and made everything leading up to and at the wedding seem so seamlessly and flowed so smoothly! She always had an answer for every question that came up and was super easy to get in touch with whenever a question arose! She set all the decor up so wonderfully and made sure we were always taken care of throughout the night! If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator… look no further!!! Annie was absolutely amazing and the best decision I made for our intimate wedding. Coming from out of state, I had many questions and Annie was quick to answer them all. As the day of the wedding got closer, I was able to sit back and relax, knowing that Annie had taken care of all the details. Her attention to decor detail, effective communication with other vendors, and organized day of timeline, made our wedding day go beyond smoothly. On a personal note, Annie is so incredibly sweet!!! If I lived closer, I think we would hang out on the weekends.

She sent us constant updates on the wedding details as they became available, met us in the driveway and was just cute as a button ! Makes our job much easier with someone who has all the shortcuts ! Before you do any sort of planning for your wedding, HIRE ANNIE! Annie was my day of/month of coordinator and if I had known all year how helpful she would be in that one month I would not have stressed about anything at all. My ceremony and reception were at two different locations in a town with very limited cell service which made me nervous about logistics but Annie came through and made my wedding day completely stress free! She was so incredibly sweet and all of my guests and family loved her. I loved not having to worry about being in contact with my vendors the month prior to the wedding and just being able to get excited for the big day. Annie was always so easy to reach and quick to respond. Even the smallest detail of putting our "Just Married" decal on our car before the ceremony was something I did not expect or ask her to do but she did and it was such a sweet surprise. By the time our wedding ended at 10pm all of our decor was cleaned up and placed back in our car. It was so nice to not have to do our own clean up, which I have had many friends have to do at their own weddings. Seriously hire Annie, she will be your wedding day bestie and your best decision when wedding planning!!

Annie was an absolute life saver when it came to planning and executing my wedding! From the day of contact she was extremely helpful, helping me come up with a cohesive look for my decorations, deciding on plates, linens and so much more. I didn’t have to stress about the little details. She did month of coordination and helped make sure that all my vendors knew what was happening and helped keep everyone on the same page. She made my wedding day a dream come true! I didn’t have to stress or worry about any of the decorations being in the right place or about any of the vendors not knowing what to do and she made the timeline perfectly so I didn’t feel rushed. It has been about a week since our magical wedding day and we are still on cloud nine! I can not say enough wonderful things about Annie and everything she did to ensure our day was everything we ever dreamed of. From the very first email exchange, Annie was so so easy to talk to and to work with. It was very clear how knowledgeable she was in the wedding industry and since our Tahoe wedding was a destination for us, it was invaluable to have her on our team as we navigated the ins and outs of Reno/Tahoe wedding planning. We hired Annie as a month of coordinator but she was immediately available for any question I had as soon as she joined our vendor team. Not only that, but any time I had a question, she was so punctually responsive! Most of the time she would get back to me with helpful and thorough answers to my questions and often additional insightful advice within 10-30 minutes. Since I’ve never planned a wedding before, I didn’t know what I didn’t know and I was nervous I would miss steps or details or just not know how to make my vision come to life, but Annie was able to ease all of my worries and give me the best advice and recommendations throughout the entire process. She also offered many different a la carte services we could chose to add on to our month of coordination package which I thought was a great way to get a little extra help from her here and there but only where you needed it! We had her help us put together a vision board and it was instrumental in helping me truly bring my wedding concept to life! When it came to the big day, Annie was there every step of the way to make sure everything ran smoothly which meant that I got to spend my day simply enjoying my husband, my friends and family, and the magical party I spent over a year putting together. The benefit of this can not be overstated. I absolutely recognize how much work is needed to coordinate vendor arrivals, decorate, setup, maintain a timeline, and everything else that is logistically necessary to make a wedding happen. It was just so fantastic to know that all of that was in the best hands and I could just focus on having the most magnificent day ever! Annie was the most important and worthwhile vendor I hired for our day, hands down and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to plan and then fully enjoy their perfect day!
