We booked 3 trips with Backcountry - Yellowstone lower loop, Yellowstone upper loop and ATV. Our guides, Mike, Toni and Matteo, were excellent! I would highly recommend Backcountry and each of these guides. They knew exactly where/when to get us through the parks efficiently. We saw so many incredible landmarks on the lower tour and an incredible array of wildlife on the upper tour. The scenery and excitement on the ATV tour with Matteo was just what we needed after a few long days in Yellowstone. I highly recommend and thank all of these folks for showing us an incredible time. Well worth the money to get a guided tour! Thanks!

Our trip with our guide to Cooper was fantastic. Although I balked at the price initially, it was well worth it as you got to see sites in the park that a tourist would not likely ever go to on their own. We saw a variety of wildlife, including Moose sightings. It was fantastic.

An amazing tour. We did the Yellowstone lower loop tour from Jackson and it was a fantastic day. We saw so much and learned tons from our tour guide. Mitchell was the best. He knew so much and made the day so special. And he didn’t just know about the park, but even the little things like where to stand to get the best view of Old Faithful or where to get the best picture of the Lower Falls.

The Backcountry Safaris Tour exceeded all our expectations. The Tour Guide was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and knew the historical data of the Capitol Reef National Park area. Additionally, our Tour Guide provided us with bottled water and healthy snacks. Without Backcountry Safaris' Jeep, we would not have been able to get to Temple of the Sun, Temple of the Moon, drive through the stream, and see other beautiful sites. we had a wonderful experience with Backcountry Safaris. Our guide, Jay was very informative, entertaining, and a gentleman. Jay has many experiences that work extremely well with this service. we felt that he was very personable and enjoyable to be with.

our visit to Yellowstone turned out to be a great day. we fought the rain off and on but always seemed to be able to see the next waterfall, lake, mountain, or wild animal. Jay changed our areas to visit based on the weather and always seemed to make the right choice of where to go. old faithful went off early and offered a great show. it was exciting to see the bison and other animals along the way. The mountains, rivers, and lakes were very beautiful. a great day overall with a guide who did a fantastic job. we are happy we picked Backcountry safaris. they were easy to deal with and offered many great services.

We recently went on an amazing wilderness safari with Backcountry Safaris for our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience! We saw deer, elk, moose, bison, a bald eagle, a coyote, and a fox. The guide Gus was knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife and the environment. It was incredible. Highly recommend!

We did a full day tour to Yellowstone from Jackson with Nick! He picked us up at our hotel and was a great guide, very knowledgeable and knew the “must see” spots for one day! He even let us get off schedule on the way because there was a mama grizzly bear and 3 cubs in the side of the road in the distance and he let us stay to watch them! It was so amazing! He was patient with our photography also! Hope to come back!
