1863 Gettysburg hotel is their absolute favorite hotel at all of Gettysburg! Great customer service great flexibility, great beautiful breakfast buffet great beautiful updated rooms clean as a whistle walking distance to everywhere. Highly recommend 1863 Gettysburg.

Juan Miguel was the representative with whom I spoke regarding a room in his hotel this most recent Friday. There were no rooms available, but he graciously spent time locating and booking a room for us with a hotel not affiliated with the hotel with which he was employed. Mr. Miguel went above and beyond with kindness and patience. Thank you!! We had a wonderful weekend in the downstate area!!

If there are minus 5 stars I’d give minus to infinity!!!! . I have had the worst experience ever with my reservation. The reservation line screwed it up and now I have a double booking so when I called to cancel 14 times the 3 different people who answered did not attempt to help or listen. Just sent me to the automated line which stinks too. The last person I talked to said she ca t cancel also said id be penalized for cancelling. I have called reservations 6 times and they send me to an automated line that I try to cancel
On but it kicks me out. 8 times I’ve tried but cannot get a live person to talk to to cancel. Now I have 5 rooms booked for the same time and no one can help me. Nor even by calling the hotel direct. I am so angry and it takes a lot to get me there. I am not going to pay for rooms that I have to cancel because Tony in reservations screwed it up.
I have never received such rotten non- customer service in my life as with Wyndham Baymont. Totally inept and incompetent. Somebody at Wyndham had better make this right

Cobblestone Hotel and Suites - Hutchinson, located at 416 Prospect Street NE.

December 11, 2024. Leobardo was rude and unhelpful. I called to book a room in Hutchinson under a block reserved for dates 6 weeks from now. I was told the hotel was sold out/full block. I asked about the block and how many rooms were originally booked. He told me there’s nothing available block doesn’t exist and then he hung up on me as I was speaking.
Another member of our room block called shortly thereafter, and she spoke with a different person. That woman informed her our block was canceled recently. No one from our group has called the hotel to cancel anything, only a call three days prior to verity our block still exists and we were told it does.
Awful customer service all around. No managers or superiors to speak with when calling at 4:00pm on a Tuesday? Neither of us could get a supervisor or manager on the phone and no one to transfer us to. Will not recommend this hotel chain/business to anyone.

Rosa Amilka helped me understand how to book my hotel room with my plane landing at 11:59pm and not arriving to the hotel till after 1am. She also provided me the direct number to the hotel so I can verify the shuttle.
