Casa di' Miranda exceeded my expectations. Everything down to the welcome sign. When she tells you all you have to do is show up and everything will be ready for your day. Believe it. She made my daughters dream sweet 16 into a reality. I have never planned a sweet 16 and was completely lost on where to start what to do etc. she went out her way to guide me and provided me with all the information and tools I needed to be prepared. The food was so good. The potatoes salad prefect. The jerk check was on point. The rice and beans were even better. You know the food was good when the guest kept asking for more. I would recommend her 100 times if I had to. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again.

Miranda is the fairy godmother of event planning. Taking an empty space and transforming it into an elegant and magical space. I only had five months to plan my daughter’s sweet 16 party. I searched for event planners and Miranda stood out immediately. We spoke over the phone and I immediately knew I wanted to work with her. Miranda is professional and very knowledgeable in her field. Miranda was the sweetest and super supportive when it came to allowing me to be creative about the decor and vision overall for the party and she was very helpful even when it came to helping set up and take down after the party! I will always use and recommend this space because myself and my family absolutely loved it!

Miranda put together a magical and unforgettable evening for my wedding. As someone whose biggest event planned was a birthday party, Miranda worked with me throughout the months to help me figure out what I was missing and what I wanted. When we met up in person, she could tell we wanted something different and she accommodated. Miranda ensured we kept our desired date and showed us a gorgeous partner venue that showed elegance and grandeur. For the actual day, she knew how much I wanted an outdoor ceremony and tried to make it work and waited as last minute as she could to see if we could achieve that. Unfortunately, it did end up raining; however, Miranda created an indoor experience where none of my guests even knew what they were missing outside on the beautiful grounds. Her husband was great support and helped with setting up, creating a great atmosphere, and providing drinks for our guests. Her and her team did an amazing job and kept touching base with me and ensuring I was happy with the order of events while making sure I was eating and drinking enough. Overall, Miranda was flexible and communicative with me. I would not change a thing about my experience (except maybe the rainy weather).

We wanted to use her venue in the past for and event but unfortunately it was too small for the number of guest we were having but she left such an impression on us that we asked her to do our wedding for us! And as you can see… we made the right decision. Everything was perfect from the napkins to the welcome sign to the chairs. If you are having an event, I suggest you book her as soon as possible! Most people are in it for the money… you can see that Miranda is in it for her clients.

Miranda absolutely blew me away for my baby shower. She exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond for a dream baby shower. Her work is so beautiful and prices are very reasonable! Every time I see her work on Instagram I always say how everyone needs to hire her! Anytime I need a planner, Miranda will be my forever go to when I’m in the poconos.
