Ambassador Tours misled my family and booked a cruise wrong for 1 of our 4 rooms on a holiday 2020 Royal Caribbean cruise. All cruises were cancelled due to COVID but Ambassador is blaming Royal Caribbean, and RC is saying the fare was non-refundable due to the way Maureen at Ambassador booked it. If 12 of us were going together, why was one room booked differently. We are now out $500 deposit due to incompetence of Maureen and this travel agency. Do NOT book with them, or do so at your own risk.

Tom was a great Tour Guide who showed us all the important parts of Brussels, telling their history without being dull or boring. If you like a fun, lighthearted but still informational tour, we fully recommend this one.
