I'm having trouble getting any response to this problem I'm having this year with 99 gift cards ordered online. The gift card showed up, but none of my bonus cards showed up. I have tried to call and email repeatedly to talk to somebody about getting my bonus cards. It's like a joke the way they have it organized they tell you they're setting up a ticket but they don't give you the number for it then when you call back they ask for your ticket number. This is my third attempt at getting my paid bonus cards. I want my bonus cards. I have the full receipt online for the paid for bonus cards. I am now receiving AI generated responses from zendesk. I will keep posting how disappointed I am until I receive my bonus cards. Can I just finish with this? I'm a business owner I've been bringing my real estate agents for years to my local 99, but after this I am not sure . I have been a loyal customer of 99 since they opened our local one in Chicopee. When you go online for customer service the only option you have is to criticise a local 99. That is not my intention. I'm criticizing the online bonus card system.

CORPORATE NEEDS TO RETRAIN VICTOR THE MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been coming to the restaurant for years, the server and bartenders are phenomenal! However there new line manger Victor was not willing to custom a basic side item of grilled pineapple that's available on the menu to accommodate us which is very Tedious. Every other 99 hasn't given us a problem we eat at 99 at least twice a week. Guess we should take our business elsewhere hopefully corporate see this and know the kinda people running the company to the ground.

Also the oil that they use to cook chicken tenders was so old my daughter's Tenders came out so dark and burnt, we asked the server for new ones. The new ones came out just as burnt and she didn't like them at all. The Server ended up taking them off the bill, great job Victor you lack of really managing the restaurant cost the company money. I wonder how many other people asked for their food to be taking off the bill because they were dark and burnt. Please RETRAIN VICTOR before you have to close another restaurant.

WE WENT TO THE 99 ON SUNDAY FOR THE RUBEN SPECIAL AND THE CORNED BEEF SPECIAL. CORNED BEEF WAS SHAPED BY A MACHINE MADE BEEF JERKEY . THERE WAS MAYBE 6 PERFECT SLICES.IT WAS DRY. THERE WAS A TABLE SPOON OF CABBAGE.10 CANNED CARROT.ANDAHAFTCUP OF POTATOES. i COULDNOY CHEWTHEMEAT, EVEN FOR A BITE. I FLAGGED TO MANAGER OVER AND LEARNED THE MEAT WAS MADE AND CUT OFF SITE. oN MY PREVIOS VISITS WHEN dAN WAS THE MANAGER THE CORNED BEEF WAS COOKE ALLDAY AND FALL APART. A QUATER OF CABBAGE,POTAOE AND TURNIPS. MY WIFE ''S RUBEN wA ALL WRONG. iT WAS MADE WITH COLE SLAW. SUPPOSED TO BE SAUREKRAUTE. I GO THERE EVERY WEEK

Workers at 99 need to learn how to process rewards numbers so guest receives their reward. Yesterday made the 4th time I didn’t get my reward and spent 40 minutes with the manager trying to find out why. To no avail. I am done with their rewards—it is a big joke!!!

I originally had a bad experience at my local 99 but the service manager Jim made up for that bad visit. I appreciate how he kept his word on how he would fix that visit. So once again I thank you for correcting that visit. 99 you got a great service manager at that location. So I came back Sept 1 to use my e gift card for a meal and I bought another meal . But I'm sorry 99 you have a lousy chef here. He did it again gave me a well done steak tips when I ordered medium rare and over cooked fried country chicken. So I'm staying away now till next year Hopefully your chef will learn to cook the customer 's order right or you will get a new chef. All I want is for you to speak to your chef ,nothing else. But for my Christmas Eve and New Year meals I'm going to Applebee's I know I can get a medium rare steak there. I will revisit you in March 2024 hopefully it will be better by then.

We love the 99. We go at least once a week. Just recently, a server suggested we sign up for the app. We did, our meal was recorded, and we went on our way. The next time we went to the 99, I pulled up my number on the app, the server took it down but our meal was never recorded in the app. When I inquired, I was told the server know this but the server never told us! The manager said they couldn't find me in the system and would call me back the next day. That never happened. I just called their corporate office and had to leave a message - no one there to help either. Please make this right before we decide to take our business elsewhere.

Went to the Easton ma location,there was no one to greet me ,after 20 minutes I sat my self, the manager would let a server take my order, instead she told me to go to the fron(like a little kid) and someone would seat me,I told her after waiting
20 minutes I was comfortable,and would rather be served there,she refused to served me and told me to leave,so I call corporate and have a conversation with Anthony sanatucci, it went well,he then spoke to the manger on duty that night KRISTIAN,and she blatantly lied,and assulted my character,by defirmation,she said I spit on her….1st of all I respect woman too much to spit on anyone,also that would be considered an assult,she continently lied to avoid reprimand from her employer,but I will not allow my character to be malignred…..she is definitely racist ,as my wife and I was the only people of color,he making us leave made us feel emabarrased, PEOPLE OF COLOR SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE t all cost unto we’re treated FAIRLY
