Located within the area of the permanently closed train depot in the Historic Downtown of Lawrenceville. The area is beautiful with a ton of history of the train depot that runs in all cities of Gwinnett County. From Duluth, Snellville, Centerville, Lawrenceville, Norcross, Stone Mountain, Lilburn, Suwannee, Buford & a ton More. Within walking distance from superior Court House of Gwinnett to the University of Georgia Gwinnett College.

Very nice venue for a medium to somewhat large gathering. I love the luxury rustic feel inside. The only downside is the parking. If you are planning for more than maybe 80-100 people, parking maybe an issue. Also its directly across the street from apartments. I went there for a party. Bathrooms are nice too.

Beautiful place and full of life. Great place to host an event. I was impressed with the level of service and hospitality of the staff. If I didn't live in another state I would have had my wedding reception here and other special events. You left a great lasting impression. Thank you for helping with such a special occasion for my niece. You did a beautiful job and made that night so special for her.

My former co-worker just had her Wedding there. The inside looked excellent and spacious. The building itself looked straight out of Tuscany very Mediterranean. The decor was very laid back but elegant. It was a beautiful Wedding in a great setting. The building from the outside didn't look like much but the inside was Great!

I mean the place is nice overall, for the price we paid for my wedding on 8/20/22. Honestly the one thing this owner does is care about his money and not actually helping us about our concerns. On the literal day of my wedding there was another rehearsal that was going on and KICKED us out in the morning to let these people rehearse while WE we’re still decorating and rehearsing ourselves. Like really? We’re set on a time when the wedding starts and you’re going to have another rehearsal on my wedding day to delay time more? On top of that my guests were arriving and seeing these other people do their thing on stage confused everyone. though I thought we had the day to ourselves We’ve even reached out to the owner about the concern and he just ignored us and never emailed us back. I wouldn’t go back to this place if this is how they run things. If I could go back in time and have my wedding elsewhere I would.
