I booked 3LE through the bridal expo, but I had already known about them from another friend’s wedding. They have now done 3 of our friend group’s wedding, and every single time, they are a godsend. They are worth the price (which I honestly think they need to charge more for their services)! If you’re on the fence about getting a planner, DO IT!! Even if your venue has a coordinator, having your own planner is well worth the day of assurance. Rina (who is the lead coordinator) is a little curt and does most of the communication leading up to the wedding. She knows what she is doing and clearly has done this a lot. Our team of 3 executed everything well for the day of. We chose the lowest tier planning and coordination and that is really all you should need to have a smooth wedding. They will give you check lists to make sure you stay on track. I didn’t need any hand holding for the planning part, so you may consider higher tiers if you need help choosing vendors. They offer rentals as well - we rented linens, our sweetheart loveseat, and dinnerware. They have additional rentals (upgraded chargers, furniture such as signs, etc). She also put out all of my DIY items (at no additional charge).
I cannot recommend them enough!

3LE help plan and coordinate my wedding for the last year and our expectations were made. From the consultation and the service provided we were in awe. They worked with our busy schedule and were able to set our appointments for various tasks. They always checked up on us to make sure how things are going and the closer the event got, you met more often to get things in order. The wedding day came November 2024 and we had Laura one of her coordinators for the day and she assured me and made sure vendors coming went through her and have things set up. 3LE really made my wedding day special for me and my wife and I truly recommend them to anyone looking for a planning company.

I can not say enough good things about 3LE! I did their all inclusive package. Through the whole year of planning my wedding, I spoke and met several team members. I was worried my vision would get muddled because I wasn't dealing with just one person throughout the whole process. I was so wrong, they all knew every little detail and were committed to get me what I wanted. Rina and her staff run a very tight ship. All our meetings were less than an hour which helped save me time. They were all personable and very nice to us. Every single detail was covered. The day of the wedding Diana and Erika helped set up everything and would only come and talk to me when necessary so I could enjoy the day. When we rehearsed a couple hours before the ceremony, they were very efficient in getting our large wedding party to listen without being rude. Right before I walked down the aisle, Erika started asking me about how me and my husband met. It gave me a moment to reflect on our relationship and also help me to get some of my nerves away. After the ceremony, we began to take family pictures and wedding party pictures. They immediately gave us a drink and were there to make sure we didn't need anything. Throughput the night, they did a great job of keeping us on schedule with cake cutting, bouquet toss and all the other things. The whole night was perfect and 3LE met every need and want(even what I didn't know I wanted). I can not say enough great things about them and hopes this helps brides realize how important a planner and coordinator is!

I cannot put into words how amazing these coordinators are! Laura was such a go to person and helped me with my bride anxiety so much. Even when we forgot things they were there with solutions immediately. If you are looking to enjoy your day without any stress and have a coordinator team that actually cares, pick them!

Laura was fantastic on our wedding day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. From keeping the flow to setting up decor and helping with tear down, she was excellent. If there were any issues with vendors, etc., we were not made aware of them, indicating her effective management of the day.

I particularly valued her when she recognized that I was feeling overwhelmed right after the ceremony, with many people bombarding me with questions and adjustments to my dress, bustling, fixing the veil, and the photographer directing me. At one point, she politely asked everyone to leave the room, giving my new husband and me a few minutes alone, which was much needed.

The one aspect that disappointed me about 3LE was the communication leading up to the event. It was often challenging to get in touch with Rina. Despite Laura being great, I had the impression that Rina would be our day-of coordinator. While I knew a senior coordinator would be part of our day according to the contract, I assumed it would be Rina since I had met with her for all the preplanning meetings. Meeting Laura for the first time on the rehearsal day was a bit surprising. She was included in some emails before the day, but I was uncertain of her role. Again, she did an amazing job, but perhaps a transition call or mentioning that she would be coordinating the day would have helped alleviate some stress prior to the event.

There are no words to describe how much of an amazing team 3LE is! Rina and the team made the planning process so smooth and stress free. The team was always available via email and responded promptly to questions. As for the wedding day, Laura and Erika ran everything perfectly. They handled everything and as the bride I was stress free the day of. The were both so attentive to my husband and I. They always knew where everything was and were ready with personal items when needed. Thanks to them I got to enjoy my day and see my vision come to life. I can’t thank them enough and can’t imagine our special day without them. ...and to add 8/4/2022, I am really happy that I chose this company to coordinate our wedding. The entire event was smooth, which reflected the detailed planning and time that were invested. Got to the venue at 9am and ladies were almost done setting up. It was my wedding day so I had nerves and didn't remember anything about the program. The ladies led me through the program every step of the way, which minimized my nervousness greatly. Lastly, the venue was sparkling ✨️ when it was all over, and all the things we brought to the venue were packed neatly in our bucket. They were very vigilant, detailed, patient, friendly, organized and helpful. 3LE is now my event planning company.
