My experience was one of absolute fraud. Firstly, I was told that the ticket price for the Miami Cruise was $38 when it was in fact $30.
Secondly, when I handed over my credit card they debited 2x $40 plus tax and refused to refund me the difference.
On second thoughts, theft is a better word.
The culprit is the person below in the picture. If you see him, don’t have any dealings with him.

I waited at least 10 minutes while the rep explained and repeatedly asked for the business from a group of 6. Seemed irritated when I asked for tour details. Two ladies interrupted so she explained, helped them, and accepted their payment. Asked why and if she could also help me. A make coworker interrupted. She walked away and asked others if she could help them. I took her photo and she said she was going to call the police.

This was one of the worst tours I've ever taken, starting from the very beginning. The bus departure was delayed by 20 minutes. Once we finally boarded the bus, there was a horrible smell of urine—not exactly ideal for a 3-hour journey.

Shortly after starting the trip, we stopped for a 35-minute breakfast break at a rest area. This was completely unnecessary, especially since we were already behind schedule. 15 minutes would have been more than enough for a bathroom break and to grab a coffee.

During the ride, the guide, Marleen, gave a brief introduction about Key West, which was fine. However, for the next 50+ minutes, she pushed the agency's tours (Fury) in an extremely salesy and annoying manner. Instead of this, she could have offered suggestions about what to do in Key West—such as recommended beaches, attractions, or restaurants. It felt like if you didn’t purchase one of their tours, you had no other options, which simply isn’t true.

Thankfully, we rented bikes and explored the island on our own. Even though strong winds made swimming at the beach impossible, we still enjoyed our 6 hours of biking around the island. However, many other tourists on the bus expressed their disappointment with the overall experience.

To top it all off, on the return journey, the guide informed us that it was “suggested” to tip between 10% and 20% of the tour price because gratuity wasn’t included, and tips are an important part of their income. While tipping is customary in the U.S., I find it inappropriate and distasteful to demand it explicitly, let alone specify the amount. Coming from Europe, I view tipping as a voluntary act, not an obligation. Considering the $140 price tag for this tour, I can’t help but wonder where that money actually goes.

In conclusion, the entire experience was disappointing. The staff, vehicle, and organization all need serious improvement. I would not recommend this tour, and I hope the company takes these criticisms to heart. There’s a lot of room for improvement.

Total FRAUD. I payed $30 per person. It was me with my 3 kids (9, 7 and 5 years old). When I was doing the line to get into de boat, i asked other families how much they paid for their trip, and everyone with kids told me they give the tickets for free, they just payed for adults.
Came back to the seller to ask for refund, she was not there anymore.

Positive: Key West itself, nice for a day trip. Upon buying the tickets we were lied to about the length of the journey and arrival times, in order to convince us.
The morning of the trip, the bus was 20 minutes late.
The lady who organises the trip and is on the bus doesn’t stop talking and tries to sell you even the air that you breathe, making you feel uncomfortable.
35 minutes stop on the way to Key West “for breakfast”, adding up to the delay vs original departure time.
We chose to rent 2 bikes on our own and, speaking to the others, it ended up being the best choice as we visited the entire island on our own and at our own pace. The others were quite disappointed with all the tours that they had been sold during the bus journey…
Return to Miami fast and efficient, with no stops, but just her final show: begging for money and calling out people by name to request tips; pushy and greedy to say it in a diplomatic way.

Quite annoying that I booked an everglades tour on the evening before with a sales person (you know who you are), and my reservation wasn't found when I got there in the AM, plus no room on the bus even if they could verify it.
Got a refund in any case, but caused a major inconvenience.

They overcharged by $12 per person (selling a $18 ticket as $30) as a third party seller. Wasn't even the boat they advertised as theirs. And the trip was 70 min, not 90 min as they promised.
