There are not enough words to express how wonderful Jordan was and how grateful we were to have her as our realtor! My husband and I were moving across country, in a very limited amount of time as well as purchasing our first home. Jordan helped explain how the process worked, answered all our questions and even was great about helping show us homes virtually. From the first call to our closing, and even then some she was top notch. We were able to find a home and close in just the right time for us to make that move across country. Ben did such a good job from beginning to end! This is our first home and Ben made sure we understood what to look for and also what he was going to look for and just the home searching process was so smooth! Once we did find our home we wanted to look at he did research on it on his own and before the walk through and came prepared if we wanted to put an offer on it. He also worked really well with our lender so that helped a ton! There was a little hiccup on the sellers end of things with our loan and Ben walked us through what it all meant and made sure that we were confident in what were were deciding and not pushing us to make a decision! My wife and I love our home and are grateful for Ben and 1 Percent Lists! Would recommend him 100%
